I’m back and here to stay!
My 6 month hiatus was not purposefully done, I promise. From college finals, to getting a summer job, to starting the new school year as a student leader at my university these months have been obviously busy. (I also do not have a laptop at the moment so I’ve been slacking on my video blogs)
Enough with the excuses. As you can see, my weight loss has been successful and I’m still going. I do plan to write more specific posts on how to lose belly fat, how corset training works, how important are protein shakes, etc. I also promise not to turn this page into a health and fitness blog! LOL
It’s great to be back.
