If you’re calorie and sugar-conscious like I am, and don’t have a clue where to go for lunch or even dinner, I have the perfect article for you! Carolyn Kylstra from BuzzFeed recently published 26 Fast-Food Lunches That Are Actually Healthy. You will be surprised to see that items from McDonald’s, Chipotle, and Taco Bell made the list.
The most tasty meal on this list has got to be #13: Panera Bread’s Roasted Turkey and Avocado BLT on Sourdough (whole sandwich)
37 g protein
19 g fat (3.5 g saturated, 0 g trans)
60 g carbohydrates (6 g fiber, 3 g sugar)
960 mg sodium

What did you think of this list? Have you been having difficulty finding healthy foods on a budget too?
